Massage Therapy is the manipulation of soft tissue for therapeutic purposes.
Benefits:
- Enhances the function of joints and muscles.
- Improves circulation & general body tone.
- Relieves mental & physical stress and fatigue.
Deep tissue massage is effective in the relief of muscle induced neck pain, headaches, lower back pain, leg, and foot pain. Often symptoms of fibromyalgia are relieved by massage. Therapeutic massage allows the body to relax, even if the mind isn't willing.
