LONG TERM CARE

The Long Term Care Unit is a 28 bed nursing facility attached to the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital. We promote our resident’s emotional health as well as their physical well being. We place a high standard on preserving our residents’ dignity and self respect, while providing a high quality of care to our residents.

Services that are provided:

• 24 hour nursing care
• Coordination of Physician Services
• Individualized care planning and regular health assessments
• Therapeutic and specialized dietary services, complete with three meals a day plus snacks
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• Activities/Spiritual Services
• Onsite Pharmacy
• Onsite Lab/X-ray
• Restorative Care
• Onsite Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy
• Comfortable private and semi-private accommodations

SPRINGVALE INDEPENDENT LIVING

Springvale Senior Living, attached to the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital, offers independent retirement living for tenants requiring little or no assistance with activities of daily living. We offer apartment-style living, with access to many services and activities.

Independent Living offers the freedom to come and go as you please, without the hassles of yard work or home maintenance.

Services/Amenities provided in the monthly rent include:

• Continental breakfast
• Home cooked noon meal
• Planned activities, such as exercise classes, musical entertainment, BINGO
• Weekly light housekeeping
• Emergency call system
• Heat, electrical, Basic Cable, sewer/water
• Laundry facilities

SPRINGVALE ASSISTED LIVING

At Springvale Assisted Living, we offer a supportive environment for our Tenants who are 55 years of age or older. Tenants at Springvale Assisted Living can expect a lifestyle rich with individuality, privacy, dignity, choice, and care. Generally, our Tenants need some assistance, but they want to remain as active as possible.
