Get Ready to Go “Back to the 90’s” at the 22nd Annual HCMH Foundation Founder's Event!
HUMBOLDT, IA — The Humboldt County Memorial Hospital Foundation is turning back the clock for its 22nd Annual Founder's Event on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Humboldt County Fairgrounds. This year’s theme — “Back to the 90’s” — will bring together great music, great food, and great company, all to benefit a great cause.
For the first time ever, the event will feature a live 90’s cover band, performing the decade’s biggest hits from every genre — pop, rock, grunge, country, dance, rap, and hip-hop — all in full costume. Audiences can expect to see spot-on performances inspired by Courtney Love, the Spice Girls, Britney Spears, Eddie Vedder, Vanilla Ice, and more!
“This is a completely new experience for our Founder's Event,” said Bri Berte, HCMH Foundation Director. “We wanted to bring something energetic and fun to the community — a chance to celebrate together, reminisce, and raise funds that will directly impact local healthcare.”
Tickets are $70 (general admission) and include a sit-down meal prepared by Chef Scottie.

90’s attire is encouraged (but not required). Proceeds will support the HCMH MRI Project, helping bring advanced imaging technology to Humboldt County.
