HCMH named a 2021 Top Workplace in Iowa Top Workplaces

We have something exciting to share — Humboldt County Memorial Hospital has been named a Top Workplace in Iowa Top Workplaces! The list was announced yesterday, Sunday, September 12^th in a special section of The Des Moines Register.

The award is based solely on the feedback our staff offered through the employee survey they took this past February.  More than 200 employees participated, and we want to thank all of them for their honest input and comments. 

Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal — only 130 companies made this year’s list. We are honored, especially because the judges were our employees!
