Whether you're looking to establish a health baseline, monitor an existing condition, or simply be proactive about your well-being, our self-pay wellness screenings make it easy to take charge of your health.

Available On-Demand Wellness Screenings

Screening Profile Plus – $40

A comprehensive blood profile that includes:

  • Complete lipid profile
  • Blood sugar
  • Hemogram
  • Creatinine
  • Potassium
  • Total bilirubin
  • Uric acid
  • ALT
  • Calcium
  • Total protein

Wellness Profile (Lipid Profile & Blood Sugar) – $25

Includes:

  • Complete lipid profile
  • Blood sugar

Blood Type – $20

Know your blood type for personal health information or future medical needs.

TB Skin Test – $20

Screening for tuberculosis exposure.

PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) – $30

A screening for prostate cancer recommended for men age 50 and older, or earlier for those with a family history of prostate cancer.

Hemoglobin A1C – $25

Measures your average blood sugar over the past three months and helps screen for diabetes or monitor blood sugar control.

TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) – $30

A sensitive blood test used to evaluate thyroid function.

Vitamin D Test – $50

Low vitamin D levels may contribute to conditions such as osteoporosis and other health concerns.

Body Composition Analysis – $15

Provides information including:

  • Body fat percentage
  • Hydration status
  • Predicted muscle mass
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)

Blood Pressure and/or Type 2 Diabetes Risk Assessment – FREE

A quick way to assess two important risk factors that can impact your long-term health.

Vascular Health Screenings

These non-invasive ultrasound and circulation screenings help detect vascular disease before symptoms develop.

Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Screening – $35

Uses ultrasound to measure the size of the abdominal aorta and detect aneurysms early—before they have the opportunity to grow or rupture.

Carotid Ultrasound – $35

Uses ultrasound to evaluate the carotid arteries in your neck for plaque buildup that can increase your risk of stroke.

Upper & Lower Extremity Blood Pressures (ABI) – $35

Compares blood pressure in your arms and legs to evaluate circulation and screen for peripheral artery disease (PAD), which can impact mobility and increase cardiovascular risk.

Complete Vascular Screening Package – $100

Includes:

  • Carotid Ultrasound
  • Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Screening
  • Upper & Lower Extremity Blood Pressures (ABI)

Preparing for Your Screening

For blood testing and the complete vascular screening package, please:

  • Fast for 12 hours before your screening (no food or beverages other than water).
  • Continue drinking water as normal.
  • Take your medications as prescribed unless instructed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
